Our annual company-wide event is a chance to bring everyone together to reflect on what we’ve achieved, look ahead at what’s next, and focus on how we continue improving the service we deliver.
A key part of the evening is our awards ceremony, where we recognise team members who’ve made outstanding contributions and those who have reached 10 years or more with CSL.
With 53 new colleagues joining us in the past year — a 26% increase — the event also offered a valuable opportunity for team members to meet face-to-face and get to know colleagues from across the business.

Joseph is constantly going above and beyond helping out his team with different queries. He is the bridge between operations, sales and technical support. A truly ‘go-to’ guy!

Dave deserves to be heralded for his outstanding contributions to both the sales and technical teams. Not only is he committed to providing great support and leadership, he is one of the nicest people at CSL!

Chris always strives to get all the detail correct in his work, regardless of what it is. He’s been continuously improving for almost 20 years now! What an achievement!
Champion of Customer Obsession – Emma Ashfield
Everything is about the customer for Emma. She is so dedicated in supporting JCI and finding new opportunities for CSL to get involved in. Her colleagues have said that they couldn’t envisage anyone better to win this award.

Employee of the Year – Alex Tuddenham
Alex brings a great attitude and energy to his role. He collaborates well across teams and is always eager to learn and grow and is relentless in his investigation of issues to ensure customer success.
Employee of the Year – Aimee Jones
Aimee has taken on significant responsibility this year, especially with the CMP project and the launch of IoT Live, showing unwavering energy, ownership, and optimism. A key behind-the-scenes contributor, she acted as the “super glue” across teams.
