Meet the Team

Ed is responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance of CSL. Since joining in 2015, Ed has led CSL’s transformation from a UK-focussed alarm signalling company to a leading, global IoT connectivity provider.

With over 20 years of experience in senior finance roles, Tom leverages a broad range of experience for CSL. Before joining, he served as CFO at Cordium, an international regulatory compliance business, successfully guiding the company through a private equity exit. Tom’s background also includes 11 years in strategic communications, including 8 years at FTI Consulting. Tom is a chartered accountant.

Greville joined CSL in 2024, bringing extensive experience in general management, sales leadership and IoT. Before CSL, he spent 7 years at Radius as Managing Director of the Telematics division, where he drove significant growth through organic expansion, 9 acquisitions and international market entry into North America and Australia. Previously, he served as CEO of Isotrak, a UK-based Telematics company specialising in complex solutions for large fleets. At CSL, Greville is focused on strengthening our commercial function to ensure customers continue to receive the exceptional services and support they deserve.

Joining CSL in 2024, Glenn draws on his deep knowledge from his tenure at Radius, where he played a key role in advancing the company’s technological capabilities and strategy. With a career spanning the automotive, telecoms, financial services and technology sectors, he has a strong record of driving operational excellence and innovation in various senior leadership roles. As CTO at CSL, Glenn leads our technology strategy, enhancing the company’s portfolio of secure connectivity solutions across diverse sectors.
