Catherine Picknell joins as Chief Marketing Officer, bringing more than 25 years of B2B and enterprise technology marketing leadership. Her career spans multiple PE-backed high-growth businesses, billion-dollar exits and IPOs, with senior roles at Causeway Technologies, Flexera/Snow Software and Apptio. Across these businesses she built and led marketing organisations across the UK, EMEA, Americas and APAC.
Catherine’s appointment is central to CSL’s ambition to drive awareness of the Critical Connectivity category – ensuring that customers, partners and prospects fully understand CSL’s capabilities and the value they can unlock as their connectivity needs grow. As the business expands its portfolio of managed IoT connectivity solutions into new sectors and geographies, her ability to translate complex capability into compelling market narrative will be pivotal.
Expanding Commercial Reach Across Global Markets
Simon Buckley joins as Sales Director Europe, LATAM & Asia, bringing deep commercial expertise in the IoT connectivity market. Most recently Director of IoT Sales at Tele2 IoT, Simon has spent his career building and scaling commercial relationships across the IoT sector. His appointment signals CSL’s ambition to accelerate its geographic reach and deepen its partner and customer relationships across Europe and into high-growth international markets.
Investing in People for Scale
Hannah Greehy joins as HR Director, taking overall responsibility for CSL’s People function at a pivotal moment in the company’s development. Prior to joining, Hannah served as HR Director EMEA at VaynerMedia and MiQ – a fellow ECI-backed business. Her experience scaling people functions will ensure that CSL has the right talent, in the right structure, to best serve CSL’s growing partner and customer ecosystem.
