OPENREACH ANNOUNCES LATEST EXCHANGES ADDED TO THE ALL IP (DIGITAL VOICE) ROAD MAP FOR NOVEMBER 2022

These exchanges, outlined in the table below, bring the total number up to 454 – impacting over 4 million premises across the UK within the next 12 months. Although the industry has until 2025 to complete the switch, exchanges are being upgraded now. End-users are already receiving letters explaining to them that their local exchange is being upgraded to digital and that devices such as alarm signalling equipment, still reliant on analogue, will need a new solution.
