Reporting of DualCom Pro path states to the panel is not supported via the serial interface.

[Please use the DualCom Pro Outputs] ** UPDATE ** UK Panel Firmware V3.3.3 (UK only) – All tested and working fine on SIA & UDL via the DualCom Pro.

Panel Programming

  • Enable “Installer Access” – Default user code = 1111 > Press the “Unlock Icon” button > Enter
    “User Code”
  • Enter “Engineer Mode” > Press “OK” > Enter “Installer Code”
  • Enter “Communications Menu” > Press “OK”
  • Navigate to “C.S. Reporting” > Press “OK” > At “1st RPRT CHAN” > Press “OK” > Select “PSTN”
    > Press “OK”
  • Under “2nd RPRT CHAN” > Press “OK” > Select “Disabled” > Press “OK”
  • Navigate to “RCVR1 Account” > Press “OK” > Enter “Account Number” (chip number) > Press
    “OK”
  • Go to “PSTN/GSM RCV1” > Press “OK” > Insert a “Telephone Number” (example:
    01234567890) > Press “OK”
  • Navigate to “PSTN Format” > Press “OK” > Select “SIA” > Press “OK” > Press “ESC”
  • Navigate to “Up/Download” > Press “OK” > Navigate to “PSTN Up/Download” > Press “OK”
  • Enable “Remote Access”
  • Press “ESC” button to make the changes take effect
