Troubleshooting

  • NOTE: RISCO LightSYS has two communication menus, please check you are in the correct Communication Menu during panel programming.
  • Ensure upon initial panel start up that the language selection is used otherwise ARC Enable will not show under Communications Menu 3.
  • To amend this, go to [Programming][System][Settings][Customer] and change it from ‘0EN’ to ‘0UK’ (as it should be for us in the UK).
  • By doing this, they will forfeit the entire programming as the panel will invoke a full default for ‘UK’ settings.
  • NOTE: Panel integration only supports non-zone type alarms such as BV (Burglary Verified) on the following – DualCom Pro V2.25 & up and DualCom Pro 2 all FW versions.
