This recognition highlights organisations where employees experience strong levels of wellbeing — across job satisfaction, financial security, work-life balance and a genuine sense of support. Thousands of employee surveys were analysed to assess how consistent those experiences are across all teams and levels of the business.
This marks our fourth recognition from Great Place to Work UK in the last 12 months, following our inclusion on three other prestigious lists:
- UK’s Best Workplaces for Development™ 2025
- UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2025 – Top 10 Large Companies
- UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ 2024 – Large & Super Large Category
Helen Stocker, HR Director at CSL, said:
“This award means so much because it reflects how our people truly feel about working at CSL. Wellbeing isn’t just about perks. It’s about creating a culture where people feel supported, valued and able to thrive. To be ranked 13th in the UK by Great Place to Work is something we’re incredibly proud of, and we’ll keep pushing to raise the bar even higher.”
Wellbeing is embedded in our culture, from how we lead, to how we support one another every day. Whether it’s access to mental health resources, flexible working, or regular development conversations, we’re committed to making CSL a place where people feel good about the work they do and the environment they’re part of.
Thank you to everyone at CSL for helping to build and shape the culture that makes this recognition possible.
