HKC SecureWave UDL via CSL Remote Manager

Setup
- Login to My Base and select the site you wish to connect to.
- Click on the Start UDL button and make a note of the COM ports.
- You will need to create a modem to allow the HKC Smartlink software to contact the DualCom Pro.
- In the Windows Control Panel, select ‘Phone and Modem’ (try searching via the Windows search bar)
- Select the [Modems] tab
- Select [Add] and tick “Don’t detect my modem…” then click [Next].
- Select ‘Standard Modem 5600bps Modem’ then click [Next]
- Select one of the COM ports shown as available on My Base, then click [Next]
- Then click [OK]
- Launch the HKC SmartLink software
- Create a new installation by clicking on [START NOW]
- Select [New blank installation]
- Select panel type and press [Next]
- In the [Remote Code] field, enter the value configured on the panel to be managed
- In the [Connection Method] field, select [Modem]
- In the [Select Modem] field, select the standard modem driver you created above
- In the [Connection Type] field, select [Dial panel]
- In the [Phone Number] field, add the 8 digit Connection ID of the DualCom Pro (from My Base)
- Press [Next] to continue and then [Finish]
