TROUBLESHOOTING
Q. My ARC does not appear in the list provided?
A. It may be that your chosen ARC is not one of the many ARCs that have signed up for this solution. Please contact CSL Technical Support.
Q. What grade is the product?
A. Single path units are sold as EN50136-1:2018 SP2. Dual path units are sold as EN50136-1:2018 DP2
Q. How do I know that my signals are being sent to CSL’s Gemini Platform?
A. Once you have your system on test with the ARC, enter the programming menu, select test and diagnostics and then do test calls. Whilst in this menu push enter on any test signal and ensure that 2 ticks are shown on the panel. This indicates that the test alarm has been sent to Gemini. You should always check with the ARC that they have received signals at their end too.
Q. Am I able to send signals in a different format to the one which was ordered?
A. Yes this is possible and can be selected in the panel. Please check with your ARC before making any changes to make sure that they will accept the new format.
Q. What set up do I need to do on the Orisec Cloud Services?
A. There is no set up required on Orisec Cloud Services.
Q. Why can I not see the second APN option in the panel menus?
A. For dual path devices the following software versions are required
CONTROL PANEL | SOFTWARE VERSION |
CP-20/ CP-60 | Version 5.42 onwards |
CK-20/ CK-60 | Version 5.42 onwards |
CP-50/ CP-100/ CP-200 | Version 8.22 onwards |
