Each year, the CSL Company Update brings our whole business together – and this year, with CSL marking 30 years of providing critical connectivity to our customers, there was plenty to reflect on. As ever, the evening was a chance to recognise the people who drive us forward and set out what comes next.
Recognising the people behind the work
A core part of the evening is our awards ceremony, celebrating colleagues who go above and beyond, and those who have their built careers at CSL.
Our Values Awards recognise colleagues who consistently demonstrate collaboration, customer obsession and continuous improvement – the behaviours that define how we work day-to-day. We also marked long-service milestones of 10, 15, 20 and 25 years. This year, 17 colleagues reached those milestones – a reflection of the experience and continuity that runs through the business.
At the same time, more than 60 new starters joined CSL in the past year, bringing our total to nearly 300 people.
Looking ahead
The evening was also a chance to look ahead. Our leadership team shared a clear direction for the next five years and beyond – strategic priorities, key initiatives, and how CSL continues to build on three decades of strong foundations.
The Company Update remains what it has always been: a moment to connect, recognise achievement, and look ahead together.
