As the festive season approaches, we would like to share some important information with our customers and partners. Given the critical nature of the projects and installations our solutions support, we must work together to ensure no end-users are left without the reliable connectivity they depend upon this Christmas.

Important dates to note: 

Our final day for standard dispatch will be 23rd December, with only urgent orders and replacements dispatched on 24th December up to 12 noon. However, these will not be delivered until 30th December (subject to businesses being open). Normal service will resume on 2nd January 2026. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this busy period.

Planning Ahead:

Our Operations Team have already seen the impact of the Black Friday demand, with the Christmas rush already starting to build. This, combined with the potential adverse weather conditions during this time of year, is why we are encouraging all customers to plan installations and the relevant orders well in advance.
