We are delighted to announce the appointment of Callum Smith as our new Technical Account Manager for Northern England & Scotland.

Callum’s background includes working as an Installer of Intruder, Access Control and CCTV systems. Having worked on both Commercial and Residential properties, Callum is aware of the latest challenges and requirements facing Installers. He has been involved in various large scale projects, including sites such as the Manchester Arndale Shopping Centre, Printworks and Monks Cross, amongst others. Callum is used to working with clients that need a reliable, fail-safe security system, due to the critical nature of these types of projects.

After years of physically installing devices, Callum moved more towards the back-end and IT management side of security installation. This included assisting with UDL connections and supporting engineers remotely. Perhaps one of his most notable contributions during his years in this job was assisting with developing an ‘Age Verification’ system/solution, now used in Arcades/Gaming areas across the UK.

Callum’s final post before joining CSL was being part of the technical support team at PAC GDX, assisting Installers with Access Control & Door Entry troubleshooting.
