As with the wider business, the Marketing Team are constantly innovating and scaling the
department and its processes, to meet the challenges of the future.
We are looking for someone passionate about marketing, content generation and copywriting.
A focus on consistency, quality of work and commercial language is essential.
Self-motivation and a drive to produce quality work whilst meeting strict deadlines are required.
Will require a willingness to speak to colleagues and industry partners to gain a clear understanding of each topic.
A degree-level qualification in a relevant field that includes written work is vital.
You will be supporting Senior Marketing Executives with the overall operational Marketing function. Your tasks will include, but not be limited to the below:
Copywriting & Proofreading – tasks include News Stories, Case Studies, Press Releases,
Technical Bulletins, Award Entries, Editorial and Magazine Articles.
Events – working with the team to provide all-round support with internal, as well as external events.
Suppliers – point of contact for ordering items through suppliers, with items such as, promo and printed materials and banners etc.
Sales support – producing pricelists, presentations and personalised branding for brochures.
Social Media - coordinating campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram and using analytics to access engagement levels.
Market Research - researching and identifying new opportunities for us as we move into new sectors and markets, with regards to media partners and award entries.
Marketing Processes – manage the team’s marketing accounts and processes such as Grammarly, Hootesuite, Survey Monkey and Bitly.
E-letters campaigns – content creation and analytics via Pardot (Salesforce). Existing experience is beneficial but not essential.
Data and automation – using systems like Salesforce & Pardot to send out communications and analyse the success of these.
Internal Comms - working alongside the Marketing and HR teams to produce internal communications campaigns including company benefits, initiatives, surveys, celebrations and competitions.
Business continuity – working within and outside the Marketing team to ensure consistency of brand, terminology, and voice across all outputs.
Media Liaison – management of content going out via Industry Media partners – whether as part of an agreed package of promotion or organically via press releases and editorial.
Ensuring all external deadlines are met – including approval from the Brand & Marketing Manager as part of that process.
Working with Industry Associations to provide relevant content and messaging to their audience.
Marketing Admin – raising PO numbers and inputting content into systems such as the website and 3rd party portals.
