Chief Executive Officer

Ed is responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance of CSL. Since joining in 2015, Ed has led CSL’s transformation from a UK-focussed alarm signalling company to a leading, global IoT connectivity provider.

Jon Slupek

Chief Financial Officer

Jon has 10 years’ experience working in a senior finance role at CSL. He has supported the business’ growth through the last two private equity cycles. Jon has a rounded experience of finance and IoT having previously worked at BT, in commercial finance, and KPMG Consulting supporting large multinationals with finance transformations.

Glenn Fishwick

Chief Technology Officer

Joining CSL in 2024, Glenn draws on his deep knowledge from his tenure at Radius, where he played a key role in advancing the company’s technological capabilities and strategy. With a career spanning the automotive, telecoms, financial services and technology sectors, he has a strong record of driving operational excellence and innovation in various senior leadership roles. As CTO at CSL, Glenn leads our technology strategy, enhancing the company’s portfolio of secure connectivity solutions across diverse sectors.
