We are delighted to announce the promotion of Jake Brocks to Technical Account Manager for the UK & Ireland.
Jake joined us in 2016 as Technical Support Advisor where his role focused on assisting with inbound technical support requests from Installers. Over the past 7 years, he has gained extensive knowledge of our product range and this, combined with his hard-working attitude, made Jake the ideal candidate for the role of Technical Account Manager.
In his new role, Jake will be supporting the field-based Technical Account Managers, as well as assisting Installers directly with UDL set-ups, programming requests and any other challenges that may require his expertise. He will also resolve any complex issues that are escalated through to him from our in-house Technical Support Team, whilst also analysing customer support trends and improvements.
