Installers choose CSL for the 6th consecutive year - DualCom DigiAir wins Communications Product of the year title at the PSI Premier Awards.
CSL would like to say a huge thank you to their loyal customer base for voting for DualCom DigiAir at the PSI Premier Awards 2016. The award is all the more special as it is the Installers who cast the vote – with over 600 choosing DigiAir as their Communication Product of the Year and selecting CSL for the sixth consecutive year. DigiAir has the ability to eliminate call costs and phone charges – as well as being supported by last year's winner – the Gemini Platform. The award was presented to Regional Sales Manager, Gavin Wilson, by BBC rugby commentator Ian Robertson (pictured) at Brocket Hall in Welwyn.
The popularity of DigiAir has led to the design of some variants of the product. CSL are currently working with the industry’s leading Security Panel Manufacturers to bring Installers panel-specific signalling that combines the features of the award winning DigiAir with those of a chosen alarm panel and the added option of an end-user App in the form of DigiAir Connected. Until now Apps have only been available with self monitored systems but more end-users are demanding Smartphone Apps plus reliable ARC connectivity. Now they can have both with DigiAir Connected. Based on feedback from Installers CSL are also now pleased to offer a new DigiAir bundle complete with a Compact Power Supply. It has been designed to power a DigiAir in instances where the control panel is unable to consistently provide 12v DC, which is especially important when Installers choose to use a self-contained wireless panel.
CSL recently announced the arrival of the sixth generation DualCom. The new look GradeShift range now includes LAN/IP and PSTN on board as standard. The product benefits from a new slimline design, 3G/4G/LTE radio with enhanced roaming algorithm, serial connection for faster UDL and new quick function button for test/learn. The advanced signalling unit also has enhanced encryption algorithms to keep pace with future standards and cipher technology platforms
