Recogising and rewarding our staff at the annual CSL Company Update Awards. 

Since we were founded, we've celebrated our annual company-wide event, reflecting on past achievements, unveiling exciting future plans, and exploring ways to continuously improve the service we provide to our customers. The highlight of the evening is our awards ceremony, where we recognise and celebrate the outstanding employees who consistently go above and beyond. We also reward those employees who have achieved 10 years and above years of service at CSL. Following a substantial 41% staff increase in the last 12 months, the event provided a valuable opportunity for team building.

Champion of Collaboration – Hiran Ravat 

Hiran demonstrates constant support and positive relationships, bringing together lots of teams and various stakeholders. 

Champion of Continuous Improvement – Emily Bovington

In the last 6 months, Emily has set up a completely new team and managed large projects with ease. She continues to go from strength to strength in her role. 

Champion of Customer Obsession – Max Stevens 

Max and the team have been working in partnership with our customers to ensure they get the best service. CSL's growth in the Telecare sector is evidence of all their hard work.

Employee Who Goes The Extra Mile – Val Mustafa 

Val is always willing to help and go the extra mile to make sure the job gets done. And with a smile on his face.

Employee of The Year 2024

Employee of the Year 1st Place – Alex Dole

Alex joined us in 2019 and has been chosen by his colleagues for his knowledge and commitment to CSL. Alex has had a great year inspiring the IoT Team and wider business to greater successes.

Employee of the Year 2nd Place – Heidi Butler

Since joining CSL in 2018, nothing is ever too much bother for Heidi, she always has a positive and happy attitude, willing to help out in various roles to keep our customers happy.

Employee of the Year 3rd Place – Luka Jai Collins

Luka joined CSL in 2020 and has worked incredibly hard to become Technical Support Team Leader. Her team have described her as an incredible manager. Level-headed, kind, and genuinely caring. She makes working at CSL truly enjoyable for them.
