Potential delivery delays in November and December due to increased demand on courier services.
We are currently seeing some levels of disruption to our courier service. Many of the courier services we use are experiencing unprecedented demand from Black Friday and the upcoming Christmas period. We are seeing an increase in delays on all services, including timed deliveries. We would like to advise customers that timed deliveries are not guaranteed. We are closely monitoring the situation and will inform you of any further issues we foresee.
Our Logistics Centre remains fully operational and all orders are being processed by our team.
