Ed joined CSL in 2015 with more than 20 years’ commercial & management experience across multiple sectors in both FTSE 100 & early stage businesses. Most recently he was at BT where he ran SME Enterprises, a trading unit comprised of several individual businesses, with revenues in excess of £120m pa. Prior to that he helped launch and run SME Ventures and was part of the team that successfully delivered BT Sport.
Before joining BT he was the Commercial Director for IOME, a VC backed telecoms start-up, and a Senior Strategy Consultant for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. He has an MBA from Cranfield University.

Simon founded Apprentices for Fire and Security (A4FS) in 2011 which has placed thousands of apprentice engineers within the security sector and he also represents the security manufacturers for the Government’s Trailblazer framework.
Phil has over 30 years' experience of the Security Industry having owned and established a number of security companies in various sectors. After gaining a business degree in Canada he joined Automated Security Holdings ASH (parent company of Modern Alarms).
Phil joined CSL in 2004 and was the catalyst in transforming the company from a product-based manufacturer to a platform and service provider.
