The Role & The Person:

We are looking to hire an experienced Key Account Manager to develop and maintain solid relationships with the Company's key clients. The Key Account Manager's responsibilities include growing the Company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with all services provided, identifying additional business opportunities, attending contract/service reviews, and driving best-in-class performance against contracts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

This role will encompass a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:
• Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with key clients to accomplish organic growth and strategic long-term Company objectives
• Maintain a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Attend commercial and operational stakeholder meetings/reviews and ensure full governance
• Manage, track and analyse key account metrics including service levels, contract performance profitability etc
• Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly status and results presentations to internal and external teams
• Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
• Manage contract change requests and deliver high quality responses/pricing/proposals
• Develop win-win solutions for both Company and client via effective contract negotiation
• Work closely with Finance on billing set up and revenue assurance
• Work closely with Operations, Technical and Service delivery teams on service performance/evolution
• Focus on ensuring superior customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insight
• Staying updated with industry and market trends and their best practices

Key Skills & Qualifications Required:

• University graduate with qualification in Sales, Business Development or Account Management
• 5+ years of experience in a major account management role in IT or telecoms with an interest in the connectivity and/or IoT market
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
• Our ideal candidate can identify customer needs and is passionate about exceeding client expectations
• Highly organized and solution-oriented, with excellent sales and negotiation skills
