Who Are CSL Looking For?
CSL is seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimising our network infrastructure, focusing on automation and modern DevOps practices.
Duties & Responsibilities:
This role will encompass a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Design, develop, and implement automated solutions for network provisioning, configuration management, and
- Establish and manage Cl/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab or Jenkins to automate network configuration, deployment, and testing processes.
- Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to integrate network infrastructure with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Develop scripts and automation workflows using programming languages such as Python, Bash, or other relevant
- Utilize network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) to streamline network operations, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Work on integrating third-party platform APls to enable process
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance network automation
- Create documentation and provide training to team members on automated network processes and
Key Skills & Qualifications Sought:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent
- Experience in network engineering combined with hands-on expertise in DevOps practices and
- Proficiency in network automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or
- Strong programming and scripting skills (Python, Bash, ) for automation purposes.
- Good understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and security
- Experience with networking technologies is a
- Prior experience in API integration, preferably in network management or infrastructure
- Excellentproblem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving network efficiency through
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
