Who Are CSL Looking For?

You have experience in customer service and working in an office environment. Needless to say, you should be energetic, eager to learn and work well with colleagues. The candidate should have the expertise to communicate at all customer levels. Although basic knowledge of telecommunications and security industry are favourable, it is not essential. The candidate should reside in the area of Roermond, Netherlands.

The position:

CSL is looking for a Sales & Office Assistant to join the existing CSL Benelux team.
The candidate will provide support to security installers, alarm centres and other relations in the form of various activities. Is co-responsible for administration and maintaining new and existing accounts in our various systems. As Sales & Office Assistant, we expect you to work in a positive and active manner. You are an important point of contact and are happy to help guide our customers through the various products and services offered by CSL.

Duties & Responsibilities:

This role will encompass a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:
• General office duties
• Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls
• Supporting the existing Benelux team
• Assisting with incoming questions on products, services and billing-related issues
• Processing incoming and outgoing product orders
• Parcel, e-mail and mail processing

Key Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Excellent communication skills both written and oral (English & Dutch is a must, French is a plus, not a requirement)
Computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good organisational skills
• Highly motivated and team player
