• We are looking for someone passionate about marketing, content generation and copywriting.
• A focus on consistency, quality of work and commercial language is essential.
• Self-motivation and a drive to produce quality work whilst meeting strict deadlines are required.
• Will require a willingness to speak to colleagues and industry partners to gain a clear understanding of each topic.
• A degree-level qualification in a relevant field that includes written work is vital.

Duties & Responsibilities:

You will be supporting the Senior Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager with the overall operational Marketing function. Your tasks will include, but not be limited to the below:
• Campaigns – develop, plan and deliver promotional marketing campaigns with the specific purpose of driving sales and increasing brand awareness.
• Support management of the website CMS, working with web developers.
• Social Media – helping to support campaign creation across social platforms and using analytics to access engagement levels.
• Analytics and performance metrics - management of the reporting and feedback of - website performance data, email marketing campaigns, ads, social media etc.
• Copywriting & Proofreading – tasks include News Stories, Case Studies, Press Releases, Technical Bulletins, Award Entries, Editorial, Magazine Articles and E-letters.
• Management of content going out via Industry Media partners – whether as part of an agreed package of promotion or organically via press releases and editorial.
• Business continuity – working within and outside the Marketing team to ensure consistency of brand, terminology, and voice across all outputs.
• Ensuring all external deadlines are met – including approval from the Brand & Marketing Manager as part of that process.
• Working with Industry Associations to provide relevant content and messaging to their audience.

Key Skills & Qualifications Required:

Essential

• 2-3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
• Copywriting experience across a variety of mediums; someone who can easily adapt their style to the required form.
• Excellent project and time management skills as well as attention to detail.
Desirable
• Experience of tools such as CMS, Adobe, Google Analytics, Hootsuite and Salesforce/Pardot.
• Experience with measurement of marketing performance.
• Campaign management.
• Experience with SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.

The Marketing Executive will be required to follow our Hybrid Policy. They will be office based and will be required to work from our Head Office a minimum of 3 days a week (2 days working from home).
