With the festive season about to begin, we would like to inform you about some adjustments we will be making to our usual opening hours for the Christmas and New Year celebrations. We would like to make a special recommendation to all our customers, to place their orders for all products well in advance, taking into account the installations they have scheduled for these dates.
We would also like to point out that the courier companies we work with have informed us that they are currently unable to guarantee next-day delivery. These inconveniences are due to the high demand for services in the run-up to Christmas, driven by shopping during the festive season, and we would like to thank you for your understanding.
Thursday 21st December: Please ensure all orders are placed by 3 pm. No orders will be processed after this time or on the following day.
Friday 22nd December: Courier companies should be delivering as normal on this day, however, due to limited service availability this currently cannot be guaranteed, so please order early to avoid disappointment. We will not be processing any orders on this day, as we will be completing our end-of-year stocktake. The team will be available to deal with any other queries.

Our Operations Centre will be closed from Saturday 23rd December, with normal service resuming Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
