• Clear, friendly verbal and written communication, with the confidence to speak with colleagues and  external individuals whether, that’s over the phone or in the office.

• Personable and welcoming when answering incoming calls and welcoming people into the office.

• Organised and efficient, with the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• Basic level of computer and software skills required (excel, admin/booking systems beneficial).

• Efficient communicator in both verbal and written English.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be supporting our Receptionist & Office Administrator based in CSL’s Head Office, supporting approx. 80 colleagues. This is a busy role with lots of variety, where you will be providing front-of-house service alongside administrative support. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to the below:

• Providing all aspects of administrative support to ensure the smooth running of CSL’s Head Office – distribution of post, office passes, maintaining stock levels of office items, hotel and car hire bookings etc.

• To assist the Reception Administrator with the office opening and closing down process.

• Receive and direct incoming calls.

• Meet and greet visitors, ensuring they are looked after before, during and after meetings.

• Ensure meeting rooms and communal areas are kept clean and tidy.

• Manage the reception inbox, responding to queries quickly.

• Organising couriers for collections & deliveries.

• Support the Marketing Team with packing equipment for events etc ready to be sent out - notifying the Team when stock is running low.

• Booking hotel rooms for staff.

• Holiday and lunchtime cover for the full reception function.

• Ad hoc support for departments across the business including, Marketing, HR, Product Management and Sales.
