CSL, a provider of connectivity for M2M and IoT devices, is pleased to announce its acquisition of WebWayOne Ltd, a provider of platform and software services.
The acquisition will enhance CSL’s existing offering with new software capabilities and underpins CSL’s international growth ambitions. The transaction will enable the two businesses to develop new innovative solutions that they otherwise would not be able to do.
